The feature unlock model is clean: each tier adds one or two major capabilities. Identity protection, IT hygiene (Falcon Discover), and Next-Gen SIEM are available as add-ons across tiers. Charlotte AI (their generative AI) is baked into the platform for threat detection. Monthly pricing is available for all self-serve tiers. The product catalog extends well beyond the bundles page with add-on modules for cloud security, data security, XIoT, SaaS security, and more -- making the actual per-customer deal much larger than bundle prices suggest.
