Experiences (from $42K/year, ~$3,500/mo) — 30 seats included, $50/seat/mo additional. Everything in Routing & Scheduling plus automated chat workflows, live chat, Chat AI (24/7), customizable knowledge base, multi-language support, ABM/intent targeting, personalization/intent routing, re-engagement flows (no-show, cancellation, form abandonment).
